- 2010-2011. Master study project: Internship in the NECORS project, investigating arthropod population succession and species richness with the occurrence of wild animal carcasses in eastern Brandenburg State.

Work experiences
- 2008-2009. Shanshui Conservation Center. Manager of community conservation fund which support indigenous people´s conservation practices in western China. This program was sponsored by EU-China Biodiversity Program.
- 2006-2008. Conservation International China Program. Program coordinator for community-based conservation. Awarded with Conservation International Global Values Leader of 2008.
- 2005. Team fellow of the Tibetan scared land traditional culture and biodiversity research organized by Conservation International China Program and Peking University.
- 2004-2006. Conservation International China Program. Program Assistant of the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF).
