  • 2009-2012. Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU-Cottbus). Master studies in Environmental and Resources Management.
  • 2010-2012. Master thesis research: Tests of the intermediate disturbance hypothesis on alpine meadows of the eastern Tibetan Plateau: detecting patterns in vegetation composition along yak grazing gradients.
  • 2010-2011. Master study project: Internship in the NECORS project, investigating arthropod population succession and species richness with the occurrence of wild animal carcasses in eastern Brandenburg State.
  • 2000-2004. Northwest Polytechnic University of China. Bachelor studies in Electronic Engineering

 

Work experiences

  • 2008-2009. Shanshui Conservation Center. Manager of community conservation fund which support indigenous people´s conservation practices in western China. This program was sponsored by EU-China Biodiversity Program.
  • 2006-2008. Conservation International China Program. Program coordinator for community-based conservation. Awarded with Conservation International Global Values Leader of 2008.
  • 2005. Team fellow of the Tibetan scared land traditional culture and biodiversity research organized by Conservation International China Program and Peking University.
  • 2004-2006. Conservation International China Program. Program Assistant of the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF).
